HOMESHARE LOCATION: The home is a 10 minute walk to Mayfield High Street. There are buses to Tunbridge Wells taking 35 minutes. Good transport to Eastbourne as well. The bus service runs every 30 minutes. Mayfield is a vibrant community village and there are loads of activities and things to do.

THE HOUSE:

• 5 Bedroom

• The room available – Large double bedroom with a double bed (or twin bed/s) wardrobe, chest of drawers. Additional furniture can be added to the preferences of the companion. The room and ensuite is in a separate, private area of the house.

• There is an office space that the companion can use when working from home

• The companion has a very large en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

• WIFI included

• Drive way parking

• There is a cleaner for communal areas as well as a gardener

• There are no pets at the house.

THE IDEAL COMPANION:

The 80 year old lady is looking for a lady companion or a couple that can assist 10-15 hours a week with evening meal preparation at least 3 nights per week and some friendly company. A driver’s license is important as the location is in a village with limited bus transport. This is suitable for individuals who are working either from home or from the office.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED:

It is an affordable £220 per month for a lady companion. The cost will is £280 for a couple. (All bills and the Share My Home subscription are included in these amounts). There are no other costs.
