This homeshare is no longer available. This is a unique homeshare, with the companion living in their own self contained flat in the heart of Wimbledon village.

HOMESHARE LOCATION:

The homeshare is moments away from Wimbledon village. 15 minute walk from Wimbledon station.

THE HOME:

• 1 bedroom furnished flat. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, bedside table. The kitchen is modern with dishwasher and washing machine.

• Lovely garden

• WIFI included

• There is no parking. Parking is paid for on the street.

THE IDEAL COMPANION:

The semi-retired lady in her 60s works in event management. She is looking for a homesharer who will be happy to provide 15 hours of practical support per week in exchange of affordable accommodation. The ideal companion will be a woman over the age of 35 years, who can assist 15 hours a week with office administration, housekeeping and housesitting in exchange of affordable accommodation. This will only be appropriate for a lady who is able to provide one full morning or afternoon per week for around 4-5 hours being a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The remainder few more hours which can be flexible and broken up done from their flat or work in the garden. This accommodation will suit a working professional, either working from home or working outside of the home.

This homeshare is not suitable for anyone with pets. This homeshare is not suitable for students or those under 35 years of age.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED:

£400 per month (all bills and Share My Home subscription are included in this amount). There are no other costs.
