YOUR NEW HOME:
This homeshare is no longer available. A very large and delightful well-appointed double room with additional office space. The retired gentleman is looking for a quiet and meticulous, man or lady lodger for an affordable £210 per month to share his beautiful home. Having a car is needed as this is a rural location.
HOMESHARE LOCATION:
Keyworth is 2 and 1/2 miles away. Loughborough is 8 miles away by car. Loughborough rail station has regular trains into London St Pancreas/Kings Cross, taking 1 1/4 hours. Leicester is 20 miles away. Due to confidentiality, we do not use the exact location.
THE HOME:
4 Bedroom House
The room available – very large, spacious double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, sink, and mirror. A desk can be added if required.
There is separate space for desk work if required
Shared bathroom with a large shower

Parking and bicycle storage
Cleaner once a week for communal areas
No pets in the home
THE IDEAL COMPANION / HOMESHARER
The retired gentleman is looking for an individual lodger over 25 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with friendly conversation in the evenings, some meal preparation 2 to 3 times a week, shopping, household chores and adhoc errands. This is ideal for someone working from home or working in an office. The retired gentleman has interests in golf, cricket, music, Sudoku, doing crosswords, watching TV (a place in the sun & sport), reading and cattle.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED:
£210 per month for a male or female lodger. (All rent, bills and Share My Home subscription are included in these amounts). There are no additional costs.
