This home share is no longer available. A furnished double room with an ensuite shower room and private study space. Shared living with an elderly man for an affordable Β£210 per month.
π LODGER FOR ELDERLY MAN
The gentleman is looking for a lady companion that can assist 10-15 hours a week with friendly conversation in the evenings, sharing a few meals together and light household support. The gentleman is in his 70s and is very independent. He is now retired and used to work as a manager in a catering company β he is a very good cook! He is a great conversationalist, very down to earth and enjoys watching sports, gardening, reading, tv, and walking his dog. The rescue terrier is very sweet!

Located near the desirable Charlestown Harbour in St Austell, Cornwall. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away (bus 24 and 25 goes directly to Saint Austell train station taking 18 minutes). The bus transport is good.
ποΈ THE HOUSE:
3 Bedroom House with a conservatory.
The room available β is a double room with a king-sized bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The retired man is happy to swap out the king for a double bed.
Your own bathroom with an overhead shower.
A lovely separate office which is separate from the house β it has heating and good wifi. Alternatively, home working can be done in the conservatory.
WIFI included.
Parking.
Bicycle storage.
There is a small friendly dog. The companion is welcome to bring a friendly dog.
