This homeshare is no longer available. This beautiful 3 bedroom flat has outstanding views over the countryside and seaside. This is a really special home, shared living with a retired lady for an affordable £150 per month.

HOMESHARE LOCATION:

There are bus stops in Tintagel, the nearest one is a 5 minute's walk away. The buses are regular as this is a tourist area. Due to good transport links the companion does not need a car. The location is kept confidential.

THE HOME:

• The room available – double bed (see photo) built-in cupboards, wardrobe and a separate desk and armchair.

THE IDEAL COMPANION:

The retired lady used to work in education. She is looking for a companion who will be happy to provide 10 hours of company and practical support per week in exchange of affordable accommodation (supported by Share my Home). The ideal companion will be a woman over the age of 25 years, who is happy to cook at least 3 nights per week. This accommodation will suit a mature student or working professional, either working from home or working outside of the home.

The lady would be happy for a well-behaved dog/cat to move in with the lodger.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED:

£150 per month (all bills and Share My Home subscription are included in this amount). There are no other costs.
