YOUR NEW HOME:

This homeshare is no longer available. Furnished double room with bathroom ensuite. Shared living with a retired lady for an affordable £200 per month.

THE HOMESHARE LOCATION:

This homeshare is in a great central location near to Battle’s high street. Battle station is 1 mile away. There is a bus stop nearby. The companion will need to have their own car for transport due to the rural location.

THE HOME:

• 2 bedroom home.

• The room available is a medium-sized double room with a double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

• Your own ensuite bathroom.

• Large communal garden.

• A cleaner is included for communal areas.

• WIFI is included

• Parking, bicycle storage

THE IDEAL COMPANION:

The retired lady, in her 80s, is a real ‘people person’ and enjoys friendly company. She has very mild short-term memory deficits however she is very independent and able. The older lady is looking for a woman companion that can provide 10 hours a week of friendly company and practical support. This support includes preparing a few evenings meals, help with the laundry and some light housework. We are looking for a companion that can spend at least 3 evenings a week of company with the Householder. The lady has very supportive daughters that visit regularly. This homeshare will suit a mature student or working professional, with a preference for the companion to work away from the home during the day.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED:

£ 190 per month (all bills and Share My Home subscription are included in this amount). There are no other costs.
