THE HOME:

A 4-bedroom terraced home in leafy quiet Queen’s Park.The home is situated in a lovely quiet residential road. The homesharer will have a small double bedroom with study desk and armchair and wardrobe. This room can also fix a double bed. It has a shared bathroom (shower room). There is also a garden and there is street parking which will require a parking permit.

THE HOUSEHOLDER:

The older person is a retired lady with mild memory issues. She enjoys singing, reading the Metro, spending time with her family and conversation. The older lady mostly stays in her bed and she has carers supporting her 4 times a day. She gets out with the support of her family and a wheelchair. Her family visit a few times throughout the week and are very supportive.

🗺️ THE HOMESHARE LOCATION:

This homeshare is a 5 minute walk to Queens Park Station, which is Zone 2 on the Bakerloo Tube line and the Overground Line.

🛌THE IDEAL HOMESHARER:

The ideal companion would be a lady, who would be content having a small double room. The room is 10 feet by 20 feet in size. The Companion could work from home, or work in the office. There are no pets, however the companion could bring their own pet. There is no practical help or personal care required.

✔️ALL BILLS INCLUDED:

This is an affordable homeshare opportunity for £180 per month in total (this includes the homeshare subscription, utility bills and WIFI). There are no other costs.
