The Householder :

The Householder is looking for a live in companion, who will be happy to provide 10 hours of company and light household chores, in exchange of affordable accommodation. The Householder is a very independent lady, with short term memory issues. Her daughter who travels a lot lives in the flat above the home.

The ideal Homeshare Companion :

The ideal companion will be ideally over the age of 21 years who is kind and caring. Will suit a mature student or working professional who is enjoys conversing with an older person. A good communicator is a must!

Location :

10 minute from Wanstead Tube Station - East London near lovely Epping forest.

The Home:

A lovely 3-bedroom comfortable home – semi-detached home
The room available – sunny medium sized room, single bed, built in wardrobes, study desk. Off street parking. Cleaner included for communal areas. WIFI included.

Bills:
-£180 per month Homeshare subscription, there are no other bills.

Unfortunately this isn’t suitable for couples, men or those with pets.
