This homeshare is in Hampstead Garden Suburb, Golders Green. It has Finchley Road with great eateries and artisan shops and Hampstead Heath is a short walk away. Shared living with an artist lady in her 70s and her friendly spaniel. Recently redecorated studio room with ensuite shower in a lovely quiet garden.
THE OLDER LADY:
The older lady is an artist and was a companion to her aging parents. She has autism and is in her mid 70s. She has lived independently and for many years she has fond a companion/ helper who visits her during the working week. Like many older people the last 2 years has been very difficult due to the Covid situation. She is now looking to meet a kind person who can be a friend and provide help during some evenings, as well as days during the weekend. Her family live locally and are very supportive.

This studio and home is in Hampstead Garden Suburb, a 20 min walk to Golders Green Tube station, zone 3 on the Northern Line. It is very close to the amenities of Finchley Road with great eateries and local shops. Hampstead Health is a short walk away. The location is kept confidential – we are not able to share the postcode.
THE HOUSE:
• 3 bedroom home with a studio
• The accommodation available – a studio flat, with ensuite bathroom. Newly decorated with shelves, hanging drawers, double bed.

• Large garden, quiet suburban street
• Cleaner included for communal areas

• occasional parking, bicycle storage
• There is a very friendly spaniel dog
🛌THE HOMESHARE COMPANION:
The older lady (in her mid 70s) is looking for a companion who will be happy to provide 15 hours of company and practical support per week in exchange of affordable accommodation (supported by Share my Home). The ideal companion will be a woman over the age of 30 years, who is happy to cook at least 3 evenings during the working week, between 6.30-7.30pm and provide some company over the weekend, such as going for walks. This homeshare will suit a mature student or working professional, either working from home or working outside of the home. The lady does not wish to have any support during Monday – Friday during the daytime.
The companion is able to bring their well-behaved dog.
✔️ALL BILLS INCLUDED:
This is an affordable £200 per month. There are no other utility, council tax or wifi costs.
