Homeshare in Bosham, Chichester

HOMESHARE SUMMARY : The House is in an exceptionally beautiful location, tranquil and peaceful with gorgeous water views. The Chichester Harbour Walk is located nearby. The retired lady is in her 80s and comes from a design background. She is very independent in her daily life and enjoys watching news and films as well as playing cards and walking her dog. The retired lady is looking for a lady companion to provide 10 hours a week of company for an affordable £170 per month to share her amazing home.

THE LOCATION: The homeshare is situated 5 miles south from Bosham station. There is no bus service and as such, the Companion will need to have their own car.

THE HOUSE:

• 4 bedroom House

• The room available – double bedroom with either a double bed or two single beds. There is a wardrobe, 2 chairs and a desk

• The bathroom has a shower and is occasionally shared if there is visiting family.

• There is separate office for desk work or WFH if needed

• WIFI included

• Parking

• Exceptional garden

• Cleaner for communal rooms and a gardener

• Bicycle storage

• There is a medium sized labradoodle.

THE IDEAL COMPANION

The older lady is looking for a lady homesharer over 30 years that can provide 10 hours a week with company mostly, and perhaps sharing an evening meal 2-3 times a week. It would be ideal, but not essential, that the companion can take the retired lady out in their car. This is only appropriate for a woman and not for couples or those with pets.

HOMESHARE FEES:

£170 per month. (All rent, bills and Share My Home subscription are included in these amounts). There are no other costs. Please note this is an ongoing subscription which ends when you move out.
