The Householder :

The Householder is a gentleman in his 80s. He enjoys discussing and keeping up to date with current affairs. He has lived in the area all his life and is keen to meet someone with links to the area of SW London.

The ideal Homeshare Companion :

The gentleman is looking for a Homeshare Companion, who will be happy to provide 10 hours of help around the home and company per week, in exchange of affordable accommodation. The ideal Homeshare Companion would cook easy evening meals 3-4 times per week as well as prepare morning tea and toast.

This homeshare opportunity would suit a lady who works 9-5pm

Location :

15min walk to Surbiton Station with excellent frequent trains into Waterloo. Excellent frequent bus services near to the house going to Surbiton/ Kingston Stations.

The Home:

• A 5 bedroom semi-detached home with Dining room, living room, large kitchen with eating area

• Newly refurnished throughout, new wooden floors, natural pallet colour scheme

• Quiet suburban road – driveway or street parking

• The room available ― medium-sized room, new double bed, built in wardrobe, there is also room for a study desk
  Bathroom - bath and overhead shower – plus shower

• Second downstairs toilet

• Gardener and cleaner included
  WIFI incl.

Bills:
-£180 per month Homeshare subscription, plus
-25% council tax which is approx. £ 40 approx. per month – full time students are exempt from Council Tax, plus
-a small contribution to utilities (£25 per month)

Unfortunately this isn’t suitable for couples, men or those with pets.
