This homeshare opportunity is in a well-appointed home, with a bright and light room overlooking a beautiful garden, with its own bathroom. This is homeshare living with a semi-retired lady for an affordable £200 per month.

This is a central location with a bus stop nearby, Whitefield Tram Stop metro to Manchester is 1/2 mile away ( a 10minute walk away). Due to good transport links the lodger does not need a car. The location is kept confidential – please see the map for the approximate location

🛌THE IDEAL HOMESHARER:

The householder is a very independent lady in her 70s. She is semi-retired and works in education. She is looking for a friendly homesharer who will be happy to provide 8-10 hours of company and practical support per week in exchange of affordable accommodation (supported by Share my Home). The ideal lodger will be a woman over the age of 30 years, this will suit a mature student or working professional, either working from home or working outside of the home.

THE HOME:

• beautifully decorated large 3 bedroom home, with 2 living rooms, modern kitchen

• The room available – light and bright double bedroom with views over a beautiful garden, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe. There is space for a double bed if you wish to bring your own bed. Otherwise, the room has a single bed.

• Garden

• There is a cleaner for communal areas

• WIFI included

• Parking, bicycle storage

• There are no pets in the home

✔️ALL BILLS INCLUDED:

£200 per month (all rent, bills and Share My Home subscription are included in this amount). There are no other costs.
